Fairyhill is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our Fairyhill culinary team, led by renowned head chef Andras Jonas

We are looking to find a skilled chef with experience in all sections of a kitchen. With a close-knit team and a full calendar, we expect all members to help and rely on each other when needed. Your ability to work multiple sections and different styles of service is essential as you progress within our company.

As we move into a period of change regarding menus, style of service, and kitchen structure, we hope applicants can join the excitement of designing new dishes.

Our reputation is of the utmost importance to us, boasting a fantastic culinary experience that lasts in the memories of our guests. You will be part of a team producing high quality dishes at a banqueting volume. Organisation and efficiency being an integral requirement of applicants.

The right candidate will be ambitious, focused, and meticulous in their craft. Applicants must also be reliable in a fast-paced kitchen environment, committing themselves to our exceptional level of quality and service.

Candidates will benefit greatly from having had experience within quality restaurants, hotels or banqueting venues. The right candidate should also be flexible with their shifts. Weekend work is essential.

With multiple venues, there is always a route to progression for hard-working and talented individuals. At Fairyhill, our Chef de Partie’s have gone on to become Sous Chef’s, and our Sous Chef’s have become Head Chef’s.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • 12 hour shift

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Every weekend

  • Holidays

  • Monday to Friday

  • Night shift

  • Overtime

  • Weekend availability
